"Change the Narrative"

Are you prone to thinking things like, "You're worthless," or "you always mess up?" Do you talk yourself into indulging in things you shouldn't because "you only live once" or "I'm pretty good in the other areas of my life and so and so is much worse, so..." We're going to talk about common self talk: the things that routinely go through our minds and learn how we can "change the narrative" so that we're taking every thought captive for Christ.

Bio: Amber Albee Swenson is actively involved in ministry to children, teens and women. She has authored four full-length books, 2 mini-books for Time of Grace and co-authored one book for NPH. She's blogged for Holy Hen House and currently for Time of Grace. Her podcast, Little Things (Time of Grace) airs each Sunday. Her husband and four children (20, 18, 15, and 12) are her greatest joys and the reason she stays on her knees and her toes.
