Witness Marches Victorious Over Restraint
First Reading: Acts 5:12, 17-32. Some wanted to restrain the spread of the Gospel, but the Apostles served as witnesses of Christ’s resurrection.
Second Reading: Revelation 1:4-18. Jesus promises to be with his church in the midst of persecution and hardship.
Gospel and Sermon Text: John 20:19-31. God’s Written Witness for You.
When you find yourself hesitant to share the peaceful and blessed life we now have through faith, take heart in knowing that the disciples themselves struggled with this, too.
Jesus rose so that all may believe in him and have the peace that comes from believing in him.
